Detection Principle:
The Canine Babesia gibsoni Antibody Rapid Test operates on a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay principle. The test device features a testing window with an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When a sample is applied to the sample hole on the device, the liquid flows laterally across the surface of the test strip. A visible T band will appear if the sample contains sufficient Babesia gibsoni antibodies. The C band should always appear after applying a sample, indicating a valid test result. This mechanism ensures accurate detection of Babesia gibsoni antibodies in the sample.
