The Canine Brucella Ab Rapid Test is a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay designed to qualitatively detect Canine Brucella antibodies (C. Brucella Ab) in a dog’s serum or plasma.

Detection Principle
The Canine Brucella Ab Rapid Test utilizes a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay. The test device features a testing window with two zones: an invisible T (test) zone and a C (control) zone. When a sample is applied into the sample hole on the device, the liquid flows laterally across the surface of the test strip. If the sample contains enough C. Brucella antibodies, a visible T band will appear in the testing window. The C band should always appear after applying a sample, indicating a valid result. This allows the device to accurately indicate the presence of Canine Brucella antibodies in the sample.
