Feline Tritrichomonas foetus Antigen Rapid Test
The Feline Tritrichomonas foetus Antigen Rapid Test is a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay designed for the qualitative detection of Feline Tritrichomonas foetus (TRF Ag) in cat feces.
Test Time: 5 – 10 minutes
Test Samples: Feces
Detection Principle:
The Feline Tritrichomonas foetus Antigen Rapid Test operates on a sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay principle. The test device features a testing window with an invisible T (test) zone and C (control) zone. When a sample is applied to the sample hole on the device, the liquid flows laterally across the surface of the test strip. A visible T band will appear if the sample contains sufficient Tritrichomonas foetus antigen. The C band should always appear after applying a sample, indicating a valid test result. This mechanism ensures accurate detection of Tritrichomonas foetus antigen in the sample.
Reagent Materials:
- 10 foil pouches, each containing one test cassette and a desiccant
- 10 assay buffers
- 10 swab sticks
- Product Manual
